We offer fast shipping options for our customers. While our custom-made suits take 4-6 weeks to create, once they are complete, we ship them to you as quickly as possible. Our standard shipping option usually takes 5-7 business days to arrive, while our express shipping option takes 2-3 business days. Please note that these timeframes are estimates only, and delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. You can view the shipping cost for your order at checkout before completing your purchase.
Order Processing Time
Our custom-made suits take 4-6 weeks to create. Once your suit is complete, we’ll ship it to you as quickly as possible. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days once your suit is complete. Please note that during peak periods, such as holidays or sales events, order processing times may be longer than usual.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your package online.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to confirm the shipping address and arrange for reshipment. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
